CHOLSEY'S 2020 VISION -- developing our Parish Plan for the future Steering Group:Minutes of the meeting held on 11 July 2006.

 Instead of including a request for names and addresses of people, who are willing to help with youth activities / library, etc., within the questionnaire, it was agreed that this would be included as a specific request when the Parish Plan is issued to everyone in the Parish.

Detailed amendments to the questionnaire were agreed.

Barrie and Geraldine would redraft the questionnaire to incorporate all amendments and circulate to everyone for final comment.

We would then go to a pilot (10 households on Honey Lane, to include reasonable cross-section of Cholsey population by age, gender, economic factors, tenure, etc). The website would also be used for piloting/comments.

We are aiming to get the questionnaire to the printers by mid-August.

Sue to make sure that the Housing Needs Survey also goes out on the same timescale.

Chris mentioned that he has set up a Yahoo ‘virtual focus group’ for Cholsey 2020. We could use the group for the pilot or to comment/get wider engagement. This was widely welcomed as a good way of broadening engagement in the Parish Plan.

We would time the next Meeting to fit with the timetable = 31st July 2006 at 7.30 p.m. at Geraldine’s.
