Geraldine had already received some positive responses back from volunteers for distribution!
SODC had now sent their comments on the questionnaire, so it was agreed to take these as we went through, and decide what to include.
It was agreed to use the SODC ‘track changes’ copy as the master version, and to include all amendments on this. No other notes of the discussions would be taken.
It was agreed to come back to the issues of ‘costs, resources needed, and interest in volunteering’ at the end of the discussion, to make sure that we had adequately covered these issues in the questionnaire.
Next time, we would need to start from “Street Lighting” on the questionnaire.
