PROVISION OF FORMAL PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION:
CHOLSEY PRE-SCHOOL caters for children from the age of 2 until 5 years old.
Each child may attend a maximum of one Pre-school session a day, which is 2.5 hours long.
THE RAILWAY CHILDREN is a private nursery that takes children from 4 months until the age of 5. This nursery is open from 8am until 6pm.
MONGEWELL NURSERY is also a private nursery that takes children from 3 month until 5years.
This nursery is open from 8am to 6pm.
INFORMAL EDUACTION GROUPS FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN:
MONDAY 10-11AM MUSIC AND MOVEMENT SCOUT HALL.
TUESDAY 9-12AM LITTLE FISHES LAURENCE HALL.
THURSDAY 1-3PM TODDLER GROUP LAURENCE HALL.
FRIDAY 9AM-12.30PM TINY TUNES LAURENCE HALL.
PROVISION FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL EDUCATION:
Cholsey Primary School is situated in Church Road and provides primary
education to children in the village.
PROVISION FOR SECONDARY EDUCATION:
Secondary education is provided by Wallingford School. Some children may
apply for other secondary school in the area but are not guaranteed a place.

At the HITHERCROFT site near Wallingford there are Tennis, Hockey, Football and Rugby clubs.
The village may need a Youth Leader if the Younger population grows and a
youth club but one is not present at the moment.
The school has agreed for Stella Mitchell to visit years 5 and 6 to discuss
the parish plan.
